I have been on four 750mg capsules of I-flex rosehips for five weeks---two in the morning and two in the afternoon. The pain level in my osteoarthritic right knee is zero.
I injured the knee five years ago. My orthopedic doctor gave me a steroid shot in the knee that lasted a month and said the only other thing I could do was get a complete knee replacement. I have heard horror stories about that.
Prior to this I was on glucosamine, chondroitin and msm with partial relief. I also had a steroid shot in the knee that lasted about a month.
I am back to fast walking 2 1/2 miles in the morning with zero discomfort.
I am 76 and feel like the new kid on the block. Thanks.
My only worry now is continuing to get the capsules, as Walgreens is the only store in my area that stocks it. "

I purchased i-flex 2 weeks ago, around the beginning of August, in such a short time my fingers don't hurt. I can open a can without pain, and getting in and out of the car is so simple now. Thank you so much for this wonderful product.

I am a 59 year old male and I have been involved in sports and physical fitness activities at a high level all of my lfe. I am a gym rat as they say. I have the wear and tear injuries to prove it and on top of that I have broken both of my ankles and a femur, I have sore hips and shoulders and I have had knee surgery and have been contemplating shoulder surgery.
I am considered by most people who meet me to be in excellent shape and look good for my age, but I have been working out and playing through pain for many years.
I do a couple of step aerobics classes a week and lift weights three times a week. I play 3 or 4 - 18 hole rounds of golf a week at least and do other things for fitness sake. For pain relief I have been using Glucosamine and Chondroitin for years with good results, but not great.
Recently after running out of Glucosamine/Chondroitin and after reading an ad about i-flex I rather skeptically bought a bottle and started with two capsuls twice a day.
Within a couple of weeks my knees, ankles and shoulder pain are virtually gone as well as my general overall stiffness which I fight all the time due to my activity level and age, is practically non-existant.
I get out of bed better, walk better, work out better, play golf better and feel better than I have in years. It goes beyond just pain relief, I feel better in general.
I have never endorsed a supplement in my life, but this one is so good I sought out your web site, registered and wrote you one.
Thank you so much. Please continue to make this wonderful, natural product, and I will continue to spread the word.
I have told my Chiropractor and my doctor about this product and told them that I think it could make them look really good if they were to recommend it to their patients!
